The East Lake Arts District invites the city to share in the Holiday Purple House Parade, Sunday, December 12, 2010. Five properties in the South East Lake neighborhood currently on the market and looking for new owners will play host to 22 local artists. Several of the properties will feature Christmas ornaments and East African crafts provided by Scott Laslo of Kanzi Craft and Pearl Ministries. Also featured in several of the properties will be a special Holiday Purple House Blend coffee by local coffee purveyor Woody Wiginton of Finer Grind.
Come early and build your own Holiday Purple House Parade keepsake ornament in our Progressive Ornament project with Lisa Schwaiger!!! YOU become the artist as you add an element to your ornament at each house you visit.
